The Modern Well loves coffee, but beyond that they love people. It's the conversations had, the relationships made and the connections created that inspired them to begin The Modern Well. It all began with Rowlett in mind. They love the city of Rowlett and the community here.

The Modern Well is Rowlett's gathering place for craft coffee and pastries. In addition to hot and cold craft coffee drinks, they also offer pastries from La Casita Bakeshop and serve pie Thursdays-Saturdays from Emporium Pie.

When visiting The Modern Well, be sure and check out their back patio. Many don't know that they have a patio at The Modern Well. It's spacious and a great place for you to enjoy your coffee!

The Modern Well's hours are Mon-Wed from 7 am to 3 pm, Thurs-Fri from 7 am to 5 pm, Sat from 8 am to 5 pm and closed Sunday. The Modern Well is located at 3837 Main St. in Downtown Rowlett.
