The Village of Rowlett Downtown has two EV charging stations located at 4001 Coyle St, Rowlett. Each station parking space has two chargers,Tesla & J-1772 paired for each spot.They are open 24/7 but there is a 4 hour limit. These charging stations are located in the heart of the Village of Rowlett Downtown and adjacent to lots of shopping, dining, and the Rowlett Public Library.
