Barrocos Latin Cuisine in the Village of Rowlett Downtown is now open for lunch Thursday through Saturday!

New Hours are Tuesday 5-9 pm, Wednesday 5-9 pm, Thursday 11 am-9 pm, Friday 11 am-10 pm, Saturday 11 am-10 pm, and Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Before Barrocos Latin Cuisine Owners, Mirtha and Salvador Cardenas, opened Barrocos in May of 2020, they owned and operated Dos Chavos Mexican Restaurant for eleven years. They closed Dos Chavos in order to open Barrocos Latin Cuisine in the Village of Rowlett Downtown. Owner Mirtha was the mastermind behind the interior design of Barrocos. They did not want it to have the typical Mexican restaurant decor and wanted to add something unique and elegant to the downtown area.

Barrocos menu has authentic Colombian cuisine in addition to their crowd-pleasing Tex-Mex dishes.Everything is fresh and cooked to order. Their margaritas are amazing and the best in town!
