The City of Rowlett is thrilled to announce the return of our annual Scarecrows on Main competition! This beloved community event is the perfect opportunity for individuals, families, businesses, and community groups to show off their creativity and get into the fall spirit. This year, all of our scarecrows will be displayed on the Downtown Green, creating a festive centerpiece, much like our Christmas Trees on Main.

This year, the competition features three exciting categories:

• Best in Show
• Best Fall Theme
• Most Texan

Think you've got what it takes to win? First-place winners from each category will be announced on the City of Rowlett's social media, giving you and your scarecrow some serious bragging rights!

How to Participate:

• For the Public: Participation is free, so grab your family, friends, or neighbors and start crafting your one of a kind scarecrow!
• For Private Businesses: There's a small fee of $25 to participate. Showcase your brand with a creative scarecrow and connect with the community in a fun, festive way.
