A team of Downtown professionals will be in Rowlett on July 15^th to tour and visit Rowlett's downtown area. They will be making recommendations on how to capitalize on our strengths and build on our weaknesses. This program is common for the Texas Downtown Association (TDA), and they do many a year. Participation for Downtown businesses and key stake holders is key to an accurate assessment. The assessment will be rolled into our Strategic Plan for Downtown in the future.
