The Faulkner family opened Hot Diggity Dog Grooming on July 10th, 2010, offering quality grooming for the Rowlett area. After three years of offering only grooming services, they decided to branch out and offer Lodging and Daycare at their location on Main St. The Rowlett community has always been really welcoming and supportive. In addition to these services, they also offer dog and cat merchandise.

Jade Faulkner, the manager, received her certificate in professional dog grooming from Petite Pooch Chateau Dog Grooming Academy in December of 2006. After working as a grooming manager and grooming mentor for the Addison Petco for 4 years, she decided to open her own salon in Rowlett. Jade has a passion for animals and truly loves what she does. Jade and her husband Randall have 3 wonderful children, Lillyanne, Ronnie and Elijah and 4 dogs of their own, Ruby, Oscar, Lacey and Lady. They love being a part of the Rowlett community and growing their business. 

Rebbecca, the assistant manager, received her certificate in professional dog grooming from Petsmart in 2013, she joined the Hot Diggity Dog family in 2014. Rebbecca is a very talented groomer who is loved and respected by her coworkers and customers. She always has a big smile and loves animals of all sizes. She enjoys spending time with her husband Greg, her adorable baby boy, Cashen and her dogs Dip and Zara. 

Cory received his certificate in professional dog grooming in 2017 and joined the Hot Diggity Dog family in 2018. He loves dogs and has a true passion for perfecting his craft in dog grooming.  He has and infectious laugh and the customers love his patients with the elderly dogs.  He and his wife Jessica, enjoy spending time with their two dogs, Coco and Buddy. 

Greg is the Kennel manager and receptionist, he joined the Hot Diggity Dog family in 2015. He is always ready with a smile and our customers absolutely adore him. He loves all animals but really has a passion for dogs. He is married to Rebbecca, they have a baby boy named Cashen and two dogs Dip and Zara. He loves living in Rowlett and kayaking on Lake Ray Hubbard.
