Three development projects built near DART Rail Stations have earned a 2017 Celebrating Leadership in Development Excellence (CLIDE) Award from the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG).

The CityLine project in Richardson, Village of Rowlett in Rowlett, and Tyler Station in Dallas’ Oak Cliff neighborhood all received recognition. These innovative development projects are helping accommodate expected population growth and ensure a sustainable North Texas for generations to come.
