Rowlett Public Library Earns 20th Consecutive Achievement of Excellence Award
For two decades, Rowlett Public Library in Downtown Rowlett has exemplified excellence in service, innovation, and community engagement. We are thrilled to share that the library has once again been recognized with the Texas Municipal Library Directors Association's (TMLDA) Achievement of Excellence in Libraries Award, making this their 20th consecutive win!
This prestigious award highlights libraries that demonstrate outstanding commitment to public service and programming. Out of 542 public library systems in Texas, only 102 received this recognition, placing Rowlett Public Library in the top 19 percent of libraries across the state.
